Conceptualizes and executes TEDxITS 2026 pre-events & main event, along with the technicalities that come with it.
  1. Program: Ensuring the success of TEDxITS by concepting, planning, and executing all the events of TEDxITS 2026
    What are the qualifications we’re looking for?
    • Creative and detail-oriented individuals
    • Confident in communication and public speaking
    • Interested in event concepting and execution, responsible for preparing rundowns, briefs, and technical guidelines
  2. Experiential Design: Responsible for the creative concepting and execution of TEDxITS 2026's installations, exhibitions, and decoration experience, including pre-event and main event.
    What kind of people are we looking for?
    • Creative individuals with a strong artistic sensibility
    • Confident in articulating big ideas clearly
    • Able to work effectively in a team

Portfolio Requirements
  1. Marketing Strategist : Portfolio in PDF format (Made in form of PPT) containing your best work of past copywriting briefs/campaign ideas, also your innovation containing marketing strategy and campaign ideas for TEDxITS 2026.
  2. Website Development : Portfolio in PDF format, containing explanation of your most notable project. Additionally, you can attach supplementary links, including the GitHub repository, within the document. Specifically, we would recommend to use the following technology stack for some of the division we offer to meet our project requirement:
    • Backend : Using the Go programming language and PostgreSQL database.
    • Frontend : Constructed using Next.js, React and Tailwind CSS.
    • UI/UX : Created with Figma to ensure a finely crafted user interface and experience.
  3. Visual Designer : Portfolio in PDF format or Google Drive link, containing your best work related to visual design (divided into each folder to the type what made, ex : illustration folder, design social media folder, comic folder, poster folder, etc).
  4. Media production : Portfolio in Google Drive link containing photos, videos, and animation / motion graphics that have been made with a pdf containing brief description related with jobdesc while working on a project.
  5. Fundraising :
    • Mandatory : An essay or PowerPoint outlining the product sales strategy.
    • Optional (Preferred) : Portfolio links in a Google Drive folder containing your best works, organized into separate folders such as T-Shirt, Lanyard, Totebag, Merchandise Ideas, and others.
  6. Sponsorship :
    • Mandatory : A sponsorship pitch deck in PDF format (landscape orientation), consisting of a maximum of 10 pages.
  7. Experiential Design : Creative portfolio containing at least one of the following works:
    • Concept Design : Artistic installations or decorations accompanied by a short explanation of the design process, from concept and objectives to final execution.
    • Graphic Design : 2D or 3D works presented in image or video format.
    • Technical Drawing : Manual or digital technical drawings created using CAD, BIM, or other relevant software.
    • Other Creative / Artistic Works : Any additional creative outputs relevant to experiential design.
